ADB is a powerful and flexible system that allows financial institutions to manage very quickly, accurately, and safely authorizations of electronic debit transactions received from a front-end.

Designed to be managed by the end user it has a powerful analisys engine which  processes each transaction using authorization rules to stablish its approval or rejection. These rules are defined and managed directly by the end user's system without intervention from IT staff.

After authorization analysis, and depending on its result (approved or rejected), the system performs a second analysis, also based on user-defined rules, for calculation of up to 10 commissions that are charged to the cardholder immediatly or deferred.

The use of advanced programming techniques allows ADB process transactions in just a few milliseconds without excessive use of IBM i resources.

Its modular design allows quick creation of new products and allows its use by other electronic channels in addition to POS and ATM.

ADB also has a module to handle exceptions for special customers or for those who are abroad and need to use their debit cards with a controlled, and increased safety to prevent fraud.

ADB has interfaces with the front-ends of Postilion®, ON/2, and OPEN/2 and with the back-ends of IBS of Datapro®, and SIAF of SIAF Milenium but, with its modular development it is easily adaptable to other front or back-ends.

For audits and security, all parameter changes that may affect the analysis behavior of a transaction are stored in log with user ID, date, and time of  changes. The use of "triggers" to the database ensures that no change can be made without leaving traces.
